The Origins of the Callersten Method
The Callersten Method grew out of Carlos Anta Callersten’s practical experience gained over more than 25 years working in recruitment, people management and development.
Through hundreds of professional conversations and interviews, he has gained insight into the decisions, successes, challenges and lessons of people at different stages of their careers.
This experience, combined with reflection on human behavior and the labor market, first led to a series of articles and later to the books that form the foundation of the Callersten Method.
